Paul Thethi

Paul Thethi has a strong background in technical operations and quality assurance. Paul began their career at Hearst Digital in 2013, where they served as the Head of QA and Projects. During their time there, they established the QA function and implemented an Agile (Scrum) methodology for all project work. Paul also implemented test automation strategies to support a continuous integration workflow process. In 2016, they joined TruRating as the Head of Quality Assurance, where they continued to develop their expertise in this area. In 2018, they were promoted to Head of Development & Operations, and most recently, in 2022, they became the Global Head of Technical Operations.
