Sam Bell

Sam Bell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sam started their career in 1999 as a Software Engineer at Aerosystems International, where they developed low-level military communication protocols. Sam then worked at EDS as a Software Engineer, taking on various projects including the development of 3D mapping software and a geospatial replication service.

In 2004, Sam joined CommonTime as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on server-side software for email and application data replication to mobile devices. During their tenure there, they developed a client proxy and a log viewer.

From 2010 to 2014, Sam served as a Senior Software Engineer Consultant at Cubic Transportation Systems. Sam contributed to the update of station computer software, enhancing TCP and serial communications.

Since 2014, Sam has been working at Programming Research. Initially starting as a Senior Software Engineer, they quickly took on the role of Lead Developer for their IDE, PRQA Framework. In this position, they drove development and oversaw a team of three developers. Sam has worked on various projects during their time at TruRating as a Data Scientist since 2017.

Sam Bell attended Sedgehill School from 1989 to 1996. From 1996 to 1999, they pursued a Degree in Computer Systems Engineering at The University of Nottingham, University Park. NG7 2LA.
