Brandon Lenz has a strong background in software engineering and development. Brandon is currently working at Truss as a Senior Software Engineer IV, where they perform project work for public and private sector clients. Prior to joining Truss, Brandon worked as a Software Engineer at Experience LLC, where they were responsible for building and maintaining functionality for an enterprise mobile ticketing platform.
Before that, Brandon worked at UL Identity Management & Security, where they held various roles, including Software Developer and Software Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for developing features and supporting web applications in the payments space. Brandon also worked as a Products Associate, where they provided support for enterprise payment testing web applications.
Additionally, Brandon has experience in hydraulic engineering and drafting design, having worked as a Hydraulic Engineer & Drafting Designer at Cox Pools. Brandon also gained experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Sun Hydraulics, where they focused on improving organizational systems and working on hydraulic assembly.
Outside of the software engineering field, Brandon has also worked as a FIRST Robotics Team Engineering Consultant & Mentor at Atlanta International School. Brandon mentored high school students participating in the FIRST Robotics Competition and provided guidance based on their mechanical engineering studies.
Early in their career, Brandon worked at Garden Hills Pool, where they gained experience as a Full-Time Lifeguard and later as a Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons, maintaining the pool system, and managing daily operations.

Brandon Lenz obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they also had the opportunity to study Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Munich for one year. Prior to this, Brandon attended the Atlanta International School from 1996 to 2010, earning an International Baccalaureate degree.
In addition to their formal education, Brandon Lenz obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Engineering (Mechanical) from the NCEES in November 2014. Brandon also holds a CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+) ce Certification, which they obtained in June 2023.
