Beatrice Orchard

Beatrice Orchard is an accomplished policy professional with extensive experience in public affairs and governance. Currently serving as the Senior Policy and Public Affairs Manager at The Trussell Trust since August 2022, Beatrice also holds the position of Vice-Chair of Governors at the Hertford Federation Governing Board since April 2022 and is a co-opted governor since March 2021. Previously, Beatrice led policy and campaigns at St Mungo's from November 2013 to July 2021, advocating for changes in homelessness policy and improving support services. Beatrice's career also includes roles as Head of Communications at the Federation of Master Builders and project management at Dods Group PLC. Educational qualifications include an MSc in European Public Policy from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA in English and French from the University of Warwick.
