Adrian Hongo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Adrian started their career in 1999 as a consultant at Trauner Consulting Services, where they conducted analyses and determined sources of delay on construction projects. Adrian continued this role until 2005. In 2004, Adrian joined Shriners Hospitals for Children as a part-time data programmer, developing MS Visual Basic applications for processing motion analysis data.
In the same year, Adrian also took on the role of Director of Product R&D at TriActive America, Inc., where they developed product lines for outdoor exercise equipment, redesigned them for the American market, and was involved in developing CPSC guidelines. Adrian'stenure at TriActive America lasted until 2012.
From 2012 to 2013, Adrian worked as an independent contractor and design engineer at Kiyo Designworks. Following this, they joined Trust Automation, Inc. in 2013 as a Manufacturing Engineering Product Configuration Specialist. In this role, Adrian transitioned product flow from engineering to production and evaluated manufacturing processes.
Adrian subsequently held two positions at Trust Automation, Inc. Adrian served as a Manufacturing Program Manager from 2015, responsible for facilitating continuous product and process improvement projects. In 2017, Adrian became a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where they focused on growing the division between engineering and manufacturing, streamlining personnel objectives, and overseeing configuration control for deliverable sellable products.
Throughout their career, Adrian has demonstrated expertise in manufacturing, product development, process improvement, and problem-solving.
Adrian Hongo holds a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology, which was obtained from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. This degree was earned between 2004 and 2009. Prior to that, Adrian Hongo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, which was obtained from 1994 to 1999. Additionally, Adrian Hongo has obtained the certification of Engineer in Training (EIT) in June 2000.
