Sakil Mahmud

Sakil Mahmud is an experienced information security professional currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Trust Bank Limited since September 2018 and as the FAVP of Information Security & Risk at Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited since July 2015. With a robust background in IT management, Sakil has held key roles, including Head of IT at Jaiz Bank from November 2011 to June 2015, where responsibilities included project management, IT governance, and technology architecture. Prior experience includes serving as a Software Implementer at Islami Bank, a Developer at Base Limited, and a Technical Trainer at New Horizons CLC. Sakil's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from the University of Dhaka and a B.Sc in Computing & Information Systems from Goldsmiths, University of London.
