Oliver Meisenberg

Oliver Meisenberg is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in banking and management. Since January 2009, Oliver serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Trust Merchant Bank and has held the position of Chairperson of the Board at Afrissur since July 2020. Prior to these roles, Oliver was the General Manager at ProCredit Bank Congo from 2004 to 2008 and worked as a Strategy and Finance Consultant at Detecon International GmbH from 2001 to 2004. Earlier career experience includes management consulting with Convergence Consulting Group, an academic internship as a consultant with Compagnie des Bauxites de Guinée, and freelance journalism at taz, die Tageszeitung. Additional roles include coordinating for Cap Anamur and marketing and logistics management at Trans-Materia GmbH. Oliver's educational background includes an M.B.A. in International Management from London South Bank University and studies at The University of Bonn, along with completion of high school at Michael Grzimek Schule in Nairobi.
