Siobhan Wright

Siobhan Wright is currently the Group Head of HR at Trust Payments. Prior to this, they were the Head of People at KAE from August 2018 to July 2019, where they developed and implemented the People Strategy across all HR disciplines aligned to the strategic priorities of the company. The overall vision to transition KAE to becoming an 'Employer of Choice' involved a strong shift and focus towards employee engagement, reward and recognition, talent management and development, HR policy and process in order to improve employee retention, motivation and development.

From January 2018 to August 2018, Siobhan was an HR Business Partner at Signant Health, leading the HR workstream on a large scale project to implement a Target Operating Model across the Operations group (approx 500 employees globally) as well as supporting the global HR Team on wider HR projects including employee engagement survey, employee communications, employee relations issues and other activities as required.

Prior to that, Siobhan was an HR Business Partner at Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd (SSTL) from September 2014 to November 2017.

Siobhan Wright has a background in mental health first aid, professional coaching, human resource management, and business studies. Siobhan has a secondary education in English, business studies, and geography. Siobhan also has a certification from the Best Companies in the Best Companies 3 Star Accredited Manager program.

Their manager is Daniel Holden, CEO. They work with Kevin O’Connell - Chief Product Officer, Steve Ford - Head, Partner, Gaming & Account Management Sales Europe, and Sharon Cauchi - Chief Compliance Officer.
