Kimberly Brown

Kimberly Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, product ownership, and quality improvement across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Experience Operations at TruStage since January 2020, Kimberly leads Billing Operations and oversees strategic partnerships, while spearheading a multi-year enterprise initiative. Prior to this role, Kimberly held the position of Quality Improvement Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing the efficiency of a centralized team across multiple business units.
