Lynda Ong

Lynda Ong has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in various industries. Lynda currently holds the role of Head of People at Trustana since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People at AI Rudder from 2021 to 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Lynda worked at Ripple as an HR Business Partner for APAC Middle East. Before that, they were the Talent Director, APAC at Wunderman from 2017 to 2019.

Lynda also has extensive experience in HR roles. Lynda was a Senior HR Business Partner at Criteo from 2015 to 2017, where they established the HR organization in APAC to support the company's growth. Additionally, they served as Talent Director at Publicis from 2014 to 2015 and as Regional Human Resource Manager at Cheil Worldwide Inc. from 2013 to 2014.

In their earlier career, Lynda held the position of Head of Human Resource & Finance at Yolk/Grey Group from 2007 to 2013. Prior to that, they worked in Service & Sales Management at DBS Bank Ltd from 2005 to 2007 and in Wealth Management at Citi/United Overseas Bank from 2001 to 2005.

Lynda Ong obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the National University of Singapore. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications as an OKR Certified Coach from the Expert in the Outcome Mindset Method in December 2021, and a Certification from the Co-Active Training Institute.
