Fabiana Castro has a long and varied career in marketing and business intelligence. Fabiana began their professional career in 1997 as an Event Supervisor for Coca-Cola FEMSA, where they were responsible for coordinating, developing, and monitoring events, as well as analyzing sponsorship proposals. In 1999, they moved to McCann Worldgroup as a Campaign Production Supervisor, managing important accounts and developing direct marketing strategies. From 2001 to 2012, Fabiana worked for DOT Consult, ReadSoft, Gouvea de Souza &MD, and Frank Mayer & Associates, Inc. in various roles such as Account Manager, Business Intelligence Director, and Regional Marketing Manager. In 2014, they joined Hyland as Global Marketing Planning & Insight Manager and Global Market Insight Manager, and then Brand Manager - Corp Communication and Regional Marketing Manager. In 2020, Fabiana moved to e-Core United States as North America Head of Marketing, and in 2022 they took on the role of Head of Global Marketing at Trusted Data Solutions. Throughout their career, Fabiana has been responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies, setting goals, creating and updating offers, and managing budgets.

Fabiana Castro has a diverse educational background. In 2018, they completed an Emotional Intelligence Leadership degree from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. In 2006, they earned a Masters degree from Fundação Dom Cabral in Sales Business Plan. From 2004 to 2006, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas to pursue a Master in Business Management. In 2004, they also completed a Professional Certification from Ibmec in Communication Planning, as well as an Executive Certification Program in Marketing Research and Product from the same institution.
