Justine Fenwick

Justine Fenwick has over two decades of experience in various HR and leadership roles. Justine is currently working as the Head of People at Trusted Health since 2024. Prior to that, they were the Head of HRBPS, Total Rewards, and People Operations at Trusted Health from 2023 to 2024. Justine also worked as an Advisor, People Ops at Atsign in 2022. Justine served as the Head of Learning & Organizational Development and Talent Management at Blend from 2021 to 2023. Before that, Justine was the Founder of CivitasAI from 2018 to 2021. Justine began their career at Chemdex as the Director of HR from 1997 to 1999. Justine has a strong background in HR strategy, organizational development, and building partnerships with public agencies.

Justine Fenwick completed their education with a BA, Highest Honors in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara in 1988. Justine then pursued an MA in Psychology at Harvard University from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they were enrolled in the Organizational Behavior program at Harvard Business School from 1997 to 1998, but did not complete their ABD degree.
