Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has established an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, as well as working as a nutritionist in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to education as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
