Michael Valverde Acuña

Michael Valverde Acuña has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Michael began their career as a Manufacturer at Inversiones Oridama S.A. in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Sales and Service Representative at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated, and as an Azure Networking Support Engineer and a Windows Networking Support Engineer at Tek Experts. Since 2019, they have been a Network Operations Engineer at Trustgrid, where they are responsible for helping customers to replace/build new VPN connections, configuring, testing and troubleshooting SD-WAN VPN proprietary hardware/software solutions, and validating hardware deployments.

Michael Valverde Acuña's education history includes attending Colégio Técnico Maximo Quesada from 2015 to 2015, where they obtained a High School degree in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician. Michael then attended Universidad de Costa Rica (Academia Tecnologica) from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Technician degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Additionally, they attended Universidad de Costa Rica (Academia Tecnologica) from 2021 to 2022, where they obtained an Excel degree in Project Management. Michael also attended Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje (INA) for Executive English for Services. Michael Valverde Acuña also holds certifications from Microsoft and CertiProf, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (2020), Microsoft Technology Associate: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals (MTA) (2018), Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (2021), and Scrum Master Professional Certificate - SMPC® (2021).
