Ryan Parag

Ryan Parag has been working in the design field since 2009, when they began as a Freelance Designer at GrapaLab. In 2013, they joined AmerisourceBergen as a Healthcare Analyst, where they analyzed data to measure pharmaceutical outcomes and investigated key business problems through quantitative analyses. In 2016, they became a Product Designer at Chargebacks911, where they led the design of two legacy applications and one new application for clients in the enterprise payments space. Ryan also worked on UX flows, design systems, rapid prototyping, user journeys, marketing assets, and live product. In 2019, they moved to Masonite® as a Product Designer, and in 2021 they joined TrustLayer as a Product Designer.

Ryan Parag obtained a MS Certificate in Applied Biostatistics from the University of South Florida between 2015 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Health Informatics and Biology from the University of Central Florida between 2007 and 2011. Ryan also holds two certifications, the IBM Enterprise Design Thinking from IBM obtained in January 2020 and the Foundations in Design Thinking from IDEO obtained in January 2019.
