Sara Norwood

Sara Norwood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT leadership and application development across various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director of Corporate Applications & Shared Services at Trustmark since August 2023, Sara has held previous roles including Director of Application Development at DentaQuest and Vice President of IT at Alight Solutions, where key initiatives included overseeing cloud technology migrations and managing relationships with HR technology partners. With a solid foundation in strategy, system integration, and application development, Sara has consistently led teams in driving complex projects, enhancing customer care technologies, and improving business processes. Sara holds a BA in Finance and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
