Tessa van Dijk

Tessa van Dijk has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of roles and industries. Tessa began their career as an Assistent at Rijksuniversteit Groningen, working in the Faculty of Business Administration and Law Faculty from 2001 to 2004. Tessa then joined Deloitte as a Legal Counsel from 2004 to 2009. After that, they worked as a Juridisch Adviseur at Geene Doornbosch De Willigen Advocaten & Adviseurs from 2009 to 2010. Following this, they became an Independent Legal Consultant and owner of their own consultancy, Kona Consultancy from 2010 to 2012. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Lecturer at Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen. Most recently, Tessa held the positions of Legal Counsel and later Global Head of Legal at Trustmoore from 2012 to the present.

Tessa van Dijk has a diverse education history. In 1998, they completed their studies at the University of Groningen and obtained a master's degree in Business Law and Intellectual Property Law. Following this, in 2004-2005, they pursued further education at the Stichting Beroepsopleiding Bedrijfsjuristen and achieved a Postdoc in Business Law.

In 2006-2008, Tessa attended the Harvard Business School, focusing on Communication. Later, in 2017-2018, they pursued a Postdoctoral degree at the Grotius Academie, specializing in Corporate Law (Vennootschaps en Ondernemingsrecht).

In 2019, Tessa enrolled in two programs. Firstly, they attended the Grotius Academie for the Funds (Fondsenpraktijk) field of study. Then, they joined Leiden University and completed a Master Certified Trust Officer (MOCTO) degree in Law.
