Position: Vice President Sales and Key Accounts - APAC Location of the role: Singapore (Remote)

As a VP Sales and Key Accounts - APAC, you will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and motivating our Business Development and Key Account Management Team. Furthermore, you are responsible for generating revenue through sales of our CXP, CDP and Agent Platform and strategically managing the enterprise sales efforts to maximize revenue within APAC.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to ensure a robust pipeline and sales execution. Engaging closely with internal partners, they will develop, deploy and maintain a velocity sales process. Our ideal candidate has proven experience in managing, building and encouraging a team to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets!

In your role, you will make an impact by…

  • Leading and coaching our APAC Business Development and Key Account Management Team by fostering an organization of continuous process improvement
  • Strategically managing efforts to exceed goals and quotas, both individually and for the team; building a key, sustainable pipeline to help drive new business
  • Responsible for the optimal deployment of sales personnel
  • Managing the full sales cycle by writing and negotiating proposals for clients
  • Creating awareness of TrustYou’s products and establish TrustYou as the market leader in the APAC
  • Attending trade shows and other relevant industry events in the APAC to inform potential clients about product features
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts from real world interactions with prospects and customers, including presentations and keynotes in territory
  • Creating an inspiring and motivating team environment with an open communication culture

You are a perfect fit, if you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism or relevant field.
  • Understanding about regional nuances where we might need to flex our global strategy. Experience managing multiple regions within APAC is a must.
  • Extensive experience in sales, with 10+ years in sales and 5+ years in leadership.
  • Prior experience preferred with outbound calling, prospecting, business development, and/or direct sales
  • Self starter and hands-on mentality
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment— you move quickly, think strategically, and are superb at tactical execution.
  • Skilled at establishing strong professional relationships with customers on different levels.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong contract negotiation and closing skills.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple geographies and time zones in APAC.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English, with additional languages a bonus (Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay)

You are ideally someone who has….

  • Prior experience in Hospitality SaaS companies.
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
