Maverick Vanderburgh has held various engineering roles since 2015. Maverick began at The Manitowoc Company as a Structural Design Engineer, where they invented a new boom design and modeled and presented the idea to management. Maverick then moved to Kelox, S.A. as a Design Engineer, where they served as lead engineer for Kelox USA and partner company TBJ. Maverick then moved to TAIT Towers as a Design Engineer, where they worked on stage engineering and design for the entertainment and touring industry. Maverick then moved to Van Tongeren as a Design Engineer, where they manufactured particulate collection equipment for the oil refinery, manufactured sand, and aggregate industries. Maverick then moved to BAE Systems, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer II, where they manufactured land support vehicles for military contracts. Maverick then moved to Workhorse Automation, Inc. as an Automation Engineer, where they were responsible for troubleshooting customer programming issues over the phone. Maverick then moved to TE Connectivity as a Controls Engineer, where they were responsible for maintenance and electrical troubleshooting of existing machinery. Maverick then moved to Hawaii Energy Systems as a Service Specialist, where they were responsible for troubleshooting customer issues with various systems, completing service contracts for preventative maintenance, and occasionally being on-call for customers during off hours. Finally, they are currently working at TruTag Technologies, Inc. as an Automation Engineer.

Maverick Vanderburgh received their High School Diploma from Clearfield Area High School in 2011. Maverick then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering at Penn State Altoona, graduating in 2015. That same year, they also obtained a CAD Certificate from The Pennsylvania State University.
