Jonathan Ferguson

Jonathan Ferguson is the current Chief Executive Officer of Truusight, a company focused on helping employers and unions address substance use disorder and mental health conditions. Prior to this role, Jonathan was a Partner at Trident Strategic Partners, a consulting firm, and served as Chief Operating Officer at Cimplx. Jonathan also held various titles at Aflac before transitioning to their current executive positions. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
