Alexa Frena has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to 2023. Alexa started their career as a Leasing Consultant at MAA in August 2016 and worked there until November 2017. From November 2017 to May 2019, Alexa worked as a Client Support Specialist at STR. Alexa then transitioned to the role of Associate Client Analyst at STR from May 2019 to February 2022.
In February 2022, Alexa joined JAGGAER as a Customer Operations Analyst and worked there until December 2022. Currently, they are working as an Analyst in Marketplace Operations at Truveris since February 2023.
Alexa Frena attended Kent State University from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Management. In addition to their degree, they hold several certifications in the field. In November 2017, Alexa obtained a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from STR.
