Joe Papa

Joe Papa is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and engineering. As the founder and CEO of TruVersity since June 2022 and Mobile Insights since January 2020, Joe Papa has led innovative initiatives in AI consulting and engineering. Previously, Joe Papa served as AI Lead and Senior Research Scientist at Perspecta Labs and held various roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, including AI Lead and Senior Lead Engineer. With a strong foundation in engineering from Rutgers University, where Joe Papa earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering, as well as additional education from General Assembly, Joe Papa brings a deep expertise in wireless communications and digital signal processing to the technology sector.
