Sergey Kolchkov

Sergey Kolchkov has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. From 2021, they have been working as a Senior Security Engineer at Truveta, where they established and executed vulnerability management programs aligned with industry standards. Prior to this, from 2019, Sergey served as an Auxiliarist at Marine Corps Cyber Auxiliary, providing guidance and training on offensive cyber security operations. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Fiserv as an Enterprise Cyber Security Engineer, leading the Red Team and promoting collaboration across multiple security teams. Sergey also had roles as a Security Engineer and Penetration Testing Manager at First Data Corporation, as well as owning their consultancy firm. Additionally, they gained experience as the Head of Technical Operations at Only The Best Firearms and as a Manager at Apache Security Consultants.

Sergey Kolchkov attended Palm Beach State College from 2007 to 2009 and obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science. In addition to their college education, Sergey also obtained several certifications. In November 2016, they obtained the C)VA - Certified Vulnerability Assessor certification from Mile2, and also received the IDS/IPS certification from Cybrary. In April 2018, Sergey obtained the GPEN certification from GIAC Certifications.
