Currently serving as the Director of Retail Operations & Community Relations at TruVista since April 2021, Desire' previously held key positions at Samsung Electronics as District Manager and Market Manager at Samsung Telecommunications America. Desire' has a proven track record of enhancing sales through strategic account development and customer engagement across various roles, including Regional Sales Manager at MVP Wireless/T-Mobile Limited and Director of Retail Sales at The Wireless Company-T-Mobile. Beginning a career at AT&T as a Communication Specialist, Desire' achieved top sales performance while earning an MBA in Finance from American InterContinental University, alongside a B.S. in Marketing from Norfolk State University and a Regents Diploma in Fashion Merchandising from the High School of Fashion Industries.
