Fearence Francis is an experienced professional currently serving as a Research Assistant in Indigenous Relations for the City of Regina since May 2024. With a diverse background, Fearence has worked as a First Nations Talking Stick Peer Advocate at TryCycle Data Systems Inc., where responsibilities included providing a safe space for vulnerable discussions among First Nations Peoples. Fearence began a career in the trades as an Apprentice Electrician at Infinite Electric LTD, following an educational pathway that includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Indigenous Business & Public Administration from First Nations University of Canada.
