Fearence Francis is an experienced professional currently serving as a Research Assistant in Indigenous Relations for the City of Regina since May 2024. With a diverse background, Fearence has worked as a First Nations Talking Stick Peer Advocate at TryCycle Data Systems Inc., where responsibilities included providing a safe space for vulnerable discussions among First Nations Peoples. Previous roles include Student Ambassador at First Nations University of Canada, iGaming Summer Student at Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority, and Administrative Assistant at Reconciliation Regina, showcasing skills in event coordination and support. Fearence began a career in the trades as an Apprentice Electrician at Infinite Electric LTD, following an educational pathway that includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Indigenous Business & Public Administration from First Nations University of Canada.
