Spencer Riehl

Spencer Riehl has a diverse work experience in various industries. Spencer is currently working as a Commercial Account Executive at Finch since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Mid-Market Account Executive at Codat from August 2021 to December 2022. Spencer'srole at Codat involved connecting fintech companies and financial institutions to the systems used by small businesses, with a focus on tasks like automatic reconciliation and loan decisioning.

Before joining Codat, Spencer worked as an Account Executive at Blackbaud from April 2019 to July 2021. Blackbaud is a leading cloud software company driving social good. Spencer was responsible for working with customers who were driving positive change in the world.

Spencer also has experience in the non-profit sector. Spencer worked at Harlem Lacrosse as a Director of Advancement from July 2017 to March 2019. In this role, they managed fundraising efforts and oversaw media and donor database optimization. Spencer also organized events like the NYC Marathon and Triathlon teams to raise revenue.

Prior to their directorial role at Harlem Lacrosse, Spencer served as a Senior Program Director and started a Middle School Lacrosse Program. Spencer successfully managed a program of 50 kids.

In 2013, Spencer worked as a Local Development Officer at the English Lacrosse Association. Spencer then transitioned to the Bridges Program at St. Paul's School, where they held two positions. First, they worked as the Head Counselor & Assistant Director of Head Counselors, Volunteers, and Special Events from May 2012 to July 2013. During this time, they oversaw day-to-day activities for a group of around 120 kids, managed head counselors and volunteers, and organized large-scale activities for the entire camp. Before that, they served as the Head Counselor for the 8th and 9th graders at the Bridges Program from June 2007 to July 2011.

Spencer's earliest work experience was as an Assistant Tennis Counselor at Baltimore Fitness and Tennis in June 2006, where they assisted the head instructor with setting up equipment and planning activities for a camp with 125 children. Spencer also instructed children in tennis lessons and supervised other camp activities.

Spencer Riehl completed their high school education from St. Paul's School from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics with Minors in History and Spanish from Denison University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
