Jesper Sejr

Jesper Sejr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business solution design, product management, and IT strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Business Solution Design and Senior Director at Tryg since April 2021, Jesper leads a group of Product Owners and a Test Team, focusing on the agile transformation and collaboration within a scaled agile framework. Prior roles include Head of IT Strategy and Architecture at LB Forsikring A/S, where Jesper established the IT Strategy & Architecture department, and Head of Product Development at Codan Forsikring, overseeing significant organizational changes. A solid foundation was built in project management and organizational development roles at RSA and Alka Forsikring. Jesper holds a master's degree in Digital Transformation from the Copenhagen Business School and additional qualifications in data-driven management from Digitaliseringsinstitutet.
