Sradha Sadasivan, EIT

Sradha Sadasivan is an EIT with work experience in the field of structural engineering. From October 2018 to the present, they have worked at Trylon as a Structural Project Coordinator and an Opportunity Development Specialist. In these roles, they performed structural analysis using RISA software, assisted the finance team with invoicing and accounting, and evaluated ongoing projects to reduce cost and improve efficiency.

Prior to working at Trylon, from May 2017 to April 2018, Sradha worked at Signature Engineering Solutions as a Structural Designer. In this role, they assessed client requirements, provided design, plans, and layouts, developed and managed project plans, worked closely with draftsmen and architects, and performed estimation and quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel. Sradha also visited construction sites to gain a better understanding of the work in progress.

Sradha Sadasivan, EIT, obtained their Bachelor's in Engineering Technology with a focus on Civil Engineering from Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology, Alamcode, Attingal. Sradha completed this degree from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their 12th standard education in Mathematics, Science, and English at Sarvodaya Central Vidyalaya from 2006 to 2013.

In addition to their educational accomplishments, Sradha Sadasivan also holds certifications such as being an Engineer In Training (EIT) from Professional Engineers Ontario, obtained in September 2022. Sradha is also a member of the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE), although the specific month and year of obtaining this membership are unspecified.
