Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in developing collaborative solutions and educational technologies. Currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, Chris has contributed to the development of hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and other educational devices. Previously held roles include firmware engineer at SMART Technologies, electronics contractor at Science Alberta Foundation, teaching assistant at the University of Calgary, and electronics engineer at Grindcom, where Chris specialized in control systems for forestry industry equipment. Chris holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
