Joshua Lopez-Nuñez

Joshua Lopez-Nuñez has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Joshua'smost recent position was as a Technical Recruiter at Sparrow, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Vial as a Talent Acquisition Manager from September 2021 to February 2023, where they built the entire recruiting team from scratch.

Joshua also worked as a Senior Recruiter at Flockjay from May 2020 to September 2021, where they were instrumental in growing the company from 25 to 150 employees. Joshua was responsible for hiring and was the first in-house recruiter at Flockjay.

Before that, they worked at Binc as a Technical Recruiter from September 2019 to April 2020. Unfortunately, their time at Binc was cut short due to COVID-19 layoffs.

Joshua also has experience at IQTalent Partners, LLC, where they held two roles. Joshua started as a Technical Sourcer from December 2017 to November 2018 and then became a Senior Technical Sourcer from December 2018 to September 2019. Joshua led sourcing teams, served as a point of contact between clients and leadership, and developed Diversity & Inclusion curriculum.

Additionally, Joshua worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Rally Health from January 2018 to September 2019. Joshua sourced and hired candidates for various roles, including engineers, product managers, and designers.

Joshua'searliest work experience was as an Undergraduate Program Assistant at Vanderbilt Programs for Talented Youth from January 2017 to May 2017, where they focused on behind-the-scenes preparation for gifted education programs. Joshua managed student applications, conducted interviews, and planned events.

Joshua Lopez-Nuñez obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, where they attended from 2013 to 2017.
