Ivo Todorov

Ivo Todorov has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and architecture. Ivo is currently working as a Software Architect at Tryzens since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Lead at Devexperts from 2019 to 2021, where they were involved in the development and deployment of fintech-related applications based on Nextjs, Reactjs, Nodejs, and Typescript, deployed on AWS EKS.

Before joining Devexperts, Ivo worked at Brightpearl as a Software Architect from 2015 to 2019. In this role, they led React, Node, and Mongodb related projects from scratch and oversaw the deployment of these projects across multiple regions for hundreds of clients. Ivo also implemented a microservices architecture integrated with Java, Go, and Node based services.

From 2013 to 2015, Ivo worked as a Software Architect at Tryzens, where they focused on architecting Demandware solutions for UK/EU retailers. Their responsibilities included providing technical advisory during the project discovery phase, post-discovery technical documentation/implementations, estimations, and requirements gathering. Ivo also managed and guided the team throughout project delivery.

Prior to Tryzens, Ivo worked at eCommera from 2009 to 2013, first as a Web Developer and later as a Solution Designer. In these roles, they were responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions, ensuring best practices were followed, and integrating Third-party systems such as Sterling OMS and Oracle Service Bus. Ivo also worked closely with clients to develop new technical designs and improve the stability and performance of business-critical processes.

Before eCommera, Ivo gained experience as a Web Developer at Risk Asset Management LLC from 2007 to 2008, where they focused on web development. Ivo also worked as a Developer at Lativio BG from 2006 to 2007, and as a Developer at One Bulgaria from 2004 to 2007, where they developed a provisioning application for World Telecom Labs PBX and worked on telecom billing and PBX configurations for VOIP equipment.

Ivo Todorov attended New Bulgarian University from 2004 to 2008. The degree name and field of study during this period are not specified. In 2011, they obtained a certification as a Certified Demandware Developer from Demandware.
