Alison Straszewski

Alison Straszewski is the current Treasurer at TSB Bank. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Operating Officer for both the Wholesale Division and Products & Markets at Lloyds Banking Group and ABNAmro. Alison has also held the position of MD and Head of Group Treasury Support at Rabobank and Global Business Area Controller at Deutsche Bank.

Alison has over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. Alison began their career at Deutsche Bank in 1990 and has since then held various positions of increasing responsibility at some of the world's largest banks. In 2005, they took on a contract role at ABNAmro to stabilise UK operations after a major offshoring program to India. Alison played a key role in the integration of LTSB and HBOS during the merger of the two banks in 2009. In their current role as Treasurer at TSB Bank, they are responsible for all aspects of treasury management.

Alison Straszewski completed their schooling at FCCA - Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and is now pursuing a career in accounting.

They are on a team with Carlos Paz - Chief Audit, Ralph Coates - CFO, and Jatin Patel - Product Director. Alison Straszewski reports to Debbie Crosbie, CEO.
