James Shride

James Shride currently serves as an IT Support Lead and Zendesk Tenant Manager at TSC since March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Information Technology Coordinator at American Rental from June 2020 to March 2022, and holding various roles at Ivy Tech Community College from January 2011 to June 2020, culminating as the Bloomington Director of IT. Responsibilities at Ivy Tech included overseeing IT operations, managing helpdesk team performance, and enhancing support processes across multiple campuses. Earlier roles involved positions in security, technical support, and product assembly, alongside service in the US Army as a Military Musician, which included a deployment to Bosnia-Herzegovina. James holds an Associate Degree in Information Technology from Ivy Tech Community College and a high school diploma in Information Technology from Carterville Community High School.
