Kara Houck

Kara Houck has over a decade of experience in sales, customer service, and retirement plan administration. At TSC Inc. since November 2012, Kara has held several roles, including Sales and Installation Consultant, Retirement Plan Administration Consultant, and Retirement Plan Technician. Prior to TSC Inc., Kara worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Customer Service Representative, focusing on compliance and customer satisfaction strategies, and as an Operations Processor, optimizing document handling processes. Kara’s earlier experience includes an Office Assistant position at State Farm Insurance, where office management tasks were performed. Kara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and studied at Murdoch University in 2010.
