Mario Princip

Mario Princip has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Mario started their career at HEP as an intern and later worked as an Operational Planning Engineer and an Engineer Power System Operations. At HEP, they were responsible for power grid analysis and coordination, congestion management, cross-border capacity calculation, and more. Mario then joined HOPS Croatian Transmission System Operator Ltd. as a TSC Agent and Operations Manager, acting as a link between the company and the TSC TSOs - Joint Office in Munich. Currently, Mario is working at TSCNET Services GmbH as the Head of Service Development, where they are involved in developing new concepts for efficient power grid use and providing operational planning services for European Transmission System Operators. Mario also previously served as an Operations Manager at TSCNET Services GmbH. Overall, Mario's work experience demonstrates their expertise in power system operations and their ability to handle various roles within the energy industry.

Mario Princip has a diverse education history. In 2008, they obtained a Master's degree/Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Power Engineering from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu. In 2018, Mario pursued further education, becoming an Executive MBA candidate in Business & IT at both the Technical University of Munich and the University of St.Gallen. Additionally, in the same year, they earned a certificate in Innovating Silicon Valley Style from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Furthermore, in 2017, they obtained a Certificate in Dale Carnegie Advanced Leadership from Dale Carnegie Deutschland.
