Mark Putiyon has a long and varied work experience. Mark began their career in 1985 as a Battallion S4 in the US Army. In 1994, they took on the role of Director of Information Systems at Webco General Partnership, where they managed a software development team, network engineering team, and help desk operation. Mark was also responsible for all contract negotiations for vendors and service contracts, as well as building the entire information systems infrastructure from hardware to software. In 2005, they became the President of Tech Solutions, Inc. In 2010, they assumed the role of CEO at TSI-VA, an information technology company targeting the commercial and government sectors. In 2021, they became the Technology Security Council Chair Person at the Prince William Chamber of Commerce.
Mark Putiyon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management of Computer Information Systems from Strayer University between 1991 and 1995. Mark also holds three certifications: Privilege Manager Certified Intall Engineer from Thycotic (obtained in March 2018), 3CX Enterprise VoIP Soltion - Platinum Partner from 3CX (obtained in January 2018), and Silver Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions from Microsoft (obtained in November 2015).
