Dan Pilling

Dan Pilling is an experienced workplace strategy professional, currently serving as the Workplace Strategy Director at TSK Group since April 2019. Prior roles include Workplace Transformation Director at Paragon Interiors Group Plc, and Workplace Account Lead for Rolls-Royce Engineering at Mitie, where responsibilities encompassed managing diverse workplace requirements and extensive refurbishments across the EMEA estate. Dan has also contributed to the BIFM as Chairman of the Workplace Advisory Panel and Deputy Chair of the Workplace SIG, promoting knowledge sharing and innovative thinking within the facilities management community. Additional experience includes leadership positions at maber and Pick Everard, where a focus on interior design and interdisciplinary collaboration was emphasized. Educational qualifications include a degree in Furniture and Product Design from Kingston University and advanced practitioner status from Leesman.
