Barry Chen

Barry Chen is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in strategic sourcing and management across multiple technology firms. Currently serving as a Technical Manager in Strategic Procurement at TSMC since 2022, Barry leads procurement strategies for centralized IT infrastructure, overseeing a range of technologies including X86, GPU, and ARM-based server solutions. Prior to TSMC, Barry held the role of Strategic Procurement Manager at HP starting in January 2011, specializing in global commodity sourcing and collaborating with key partners to optimize costs. Barry's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Account Manager at Pegatron and ASUS, where responsibilities encompassed global account management, product line development, and strategic business initiatives. Barry holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from National Taiwan University.
