Claire Kuo

Claire Kuo is currently working as a Principal Engineer at TSMC, where they conduct Continuous Improvement Projects on ALD/PEALD processes and equipment for dielectric film applications. Previously, Claire worked as a Teaching Assistant at Caltech, where they taught Fundamentals of Materials Science and evaluated students' work. Prior to this role, Claire served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Caltech, focusing on developing processes to strengthen freeze-cast ceramics and characterizing their properties using various techniques.
