Clinton Lien

Clinton Lien is an experienced engineer with a focus on materials science and engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at 台積電 since May 2021, Clinton has previously worked as a Process Engineer at 美光科技有限公司 from October 2019 to May 2021, where responsibilities included DRAM nitride layering, process qualification and optimization, and high-volume manufacturing planning. Clinton holds a PhD in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of California, Riverside (2013 - 2018), a Master's degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (2011 - 2013), and a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University College of Engineering (2007 - 2011).
