Paul Maher

Vice President at TSPi

Paul has over 30 years of experience as a solution architect and program manager for a variety of public-sector clients. At TSPi he is focused on driving strategy, growth, and delivery in IT Modernization efforts to the clients. In this role, Paul and his team work closely with clients to implement modernized, cloud-based solutions to better serve the public. He also leads efforts to drive the adoption of scaled agile solutions that ultimately deliver increased business value to client organizations.

Before joining TSPi, Paul led a portfolio of technology modernization programs at Booz Allen Hamilton, including implementing new case management and cloud-based solutions for clients such as the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the National Science Foundation, the Department of Commerce (NTIA), and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. He led and advised clients and delivery teams through IT modernization efforts to increase efficiency, agility, and the delivery of business value. Paul began his career as a Federal employee at the U.S Office of Personnel Management (OPM), where he was responsible for identifying and implementing technologies to improve the efficiency of retirement case management and customer service.

Paul is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Dayton.
