L. Shontele Poindexter, PMP, ITIL, CSM has extensive work experience in various project management roles. Starting in 2005, they worked at INVeSHARE, Inc. as a Project Manager until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Consultant - Project Manager at ThePort Network, Inc. L. Shontele then joined TrueBridge Resources as a ServicePoint Software Release Manager Consultant at Chick-Fil-A Corporation from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they worked as a PMO Portfolio Manager (Consultant) at AutoTrader.com through Verity Professionals. At CIBER, Inc., they served as a Consultant - Business Analyst Practice at T-Mobile, Inc. from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2019, they joined T-Mobile, where they held various positions, such as Test Release Manager, Senior Analyst, and Sr Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master. Following that, they worked at Material in Motion as a Software Development Project Manager/Application Development Manager from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, L. L. Shontele Poindexter, PMP, ITIL, CSM, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Georgia State University, which was completed from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued Psychology and English at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 1998 to 2000, where they received a B.A. degree.

In terms of certifications, L. Shontele Poindexter obtained the Agile Project Leadership certification from LinkedIn in March 2023. L. Shontele also holds a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which was obtained in January 2019. Additionally, in December 2013, they earned the ITIL Foundation for IT Service Management certification from HP.
