Bill Converse

Bill Converse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the agricultural and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Chief Administrator of the Internal Controls Office at TSTech America's, Inc. since April 2009, Bill oversees company-level audits and reports on system effectiveness to top management. Bill is also the President and owner of Converse Charolais Farms, specializing in Charolais beef cattle and grain operations, a role held since April 1991. Previous positions include Senior Chief Administrator of Training and Development and Senior Manager of Corporate Quality Engineering at TSTech North America Inc., as well as Assistant Plant Manager at TSTech USA. Bill's career in agriculture began as Manager and owner of Converse Farms from 1983 to 1991. Educationally, Bill holds a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from The Ohio State University, along with a Master's degree in Life Experiences from the College of Life.
