Sebastiano Rizzo

Sebastiano Rizzo has a strong background in quality assurance and laboratory management. Sebastiano began their career at Acciai Speciali Terni as a Metallurgist, where they focused on quality control and process improvement. Sebastiano then moved to Ferrari as an SQE Manager, responsible for supplier quality and managing a team of quality inspectors. Rizzo then joined Asso Werke Srl as a Quality and Metallurgical Manager, overseeing the organization's quality and technical aspects of metallurgical processes. Sebastiano later joined NN, Inc. as a Division Quality Assurance and Laboratory Manager, where they managed quality assurance for multiple plants and the central material laboratory. Currently, Rizzo serves as the Global Director of Quality and Laboratory at Tsubaki Nakashima Co., Ltd, overseeing the quality departments of 20 plants globally and managing product/process development with central laboratories in Italy and Japan.

Sebastiano Rizzo completed a Master's degree in Materiali from MURST in 1993-1994. There is no information available about their education beyond that, but they have obtained several additional certifications in recent years, including becoming a facilitator for the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method in 2019 and achieving Auditor Level I & II for IATF 16949:2018 and Special Process Assessment AIAG certifications in 2018.
