Zheng Xu

Zheng Xu is a seasoned leader in the technology and investment sectors, currently serving as a Venture Partner at TSVC since August 2021, focusing on early-stage climate-tech and robotics startups. As the President and CEO and co-founder of eBots since June 2018, Zheng Xu has been instrumental in developing intelligent robotics for industrial applications. Prior experience includes co-founding Enova Technology Inc, where Zheng Xu was CEO from September 2016 to June 2018, and leading the Silevo Business Unit at SolarCity as CEO from September 2014 to August 2016. Zheng Xu previously co-founded Silevo, Inc as CEO, successfully launching high-efficiency solar technology. A Corporate Vice President at Applied Materials from August 1992 to February 2007, Zheng Xu oversaw a significant revenue-generating business unit. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Materials Sciences from UC Santa Barbara and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Osaka University.
