Paul Kodros

Paul Kodros has over 25 years of experience in various human resources roles. Paul is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at TT Electronics plc since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Corporate Services at Workway from March 2016 to January 2020. Paul also served as the Senior Vice President/Director of Human Resources at Guardian Mortgage Company, Inc. from July 2013 to February 2016. Before that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Nationstar Mortgage from October 2012 to July 2013. Paul Kodros has also worked in senior leadership roles at Homeward Residential, Inc., Bank of America, and Edison Group, Inc., where they gained extensive experience in compensation and benefits, incentive planning, and talent management.

Paul Kodros earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1986. Paul later went on to obtain a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Relations/Human Resources from the University of Minnesota, completing their studies in 1988.
