Jade Fawehinmi CSPO, PMP, is an experienced Scrum Master with a diverse background in managing and facilitating agile projects across various industries. Currently serving at TTEC Digital since March 2023, Jade has previously held senior roles at Enbridge and Orderbot Software Inc., where responsibilities included stakeholder collaboration, business requirement documentation, and the development of user stories. With additional experience at Shopify and Majorel, responsibilities included project scope definition, feasibility studies, and leading client sessions to gather and prioritize requirements. Jade's foundational expertise in project management is supported by an educational background in computer programming from Algonquin College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Lagos.
