Arun Kamat

Arun Kamat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions engineering and customer care. Currently serving as the Director of Solutions Engineering at TTEC since November 2015, Arun specializes in designing AI-based customer care and collaboration solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs through automation. Previously, Arun held the role of Unified Communications Architect at Allstream, where the focus was on VoIP and unified communication solutions. With a history of roles ranging from Sales Engineer at ISYS Canada Inc. to Marketing Manager at Pegrume Limited in Kenya, Arun has developed a robust skill set in telecommunications and business development. Arun holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Poona and possesses certifications as a Cisco Certified Network Professional and Avaya Professional Design Specialist in Unified Communications.
