John Abou

John Abou currently serves as President of TTEC Engage, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, John Abou was with Sutherland from July 2020 to June 2024, where responsibilities included CEO of Customer Experience Management and Global Head of Delivery, as well as Chief Executive Officer for Technology, Media & Communications and Retail & Travel. John Abou also held the position of Senior Vice President for the Media & Communications Vertical at Sutherland. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Management Degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, an Executive MBA from St. John Fisher University School of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Niagara University.
