Kassie Houseman

Kassie Houseman is an Executive Director of Digital Sales at TTEC, with a diverse background in sales and account management. Previously, Kassie served as an Application Sales Representative for Mid-Market Accounts focused on Supply Chain Management at Oracle, as well as in similar roles for Small-Medium Accounts with an emphasis on Human Capital Management and Enterprise Resource Planning. Kassie also held account management positions at Best Buy For Business & Education and Spectrum Brands, Inc., specifically managing prospect accounts. Additionally, Kassie gained experience as a Marketing Research and Presentation Consultant at McDonald Marketing. Kassie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Media from Minnesota State University, Mankato, received in 2015.
